Although the International Certification of Quality (ICQ) began its operations in 2017, the Department decided at the end of 2025 to open membership starting January 2026. This step reflects the Department’s commitment to expanding its services and promoting the culture and practices of quality among individuals and institutions, thereby accelerating the achievement of its objectives with greater efficiency and impact.
Individuals can apply for ICQ professional membership directly within their field of work and professional specialization. Institutions and departments can also offer this membership to their employees as a reward for their proficiency, dedication, and adherence to quality standards.
Professional Membership fee: $135/yr
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
1- Hold at least a two-year diploma.
2- Be at least 28 years old.
3- Have at least 5 years of experience in the field of his specialty.
4- Specify their area of experience and specialization (in the membership application).
5- Submit an official recommendation from their employer, addressed to the Executive Director of the ICQ Department, recommending their membership.
6- Submit the membership application.
7- Pay the membership fee of $135.
Benefits of the Professional Membership for Individuals:
1- Recognizes excellence and proficiency in their work, strengthens their resume, and opens doors to career advancement.
2- Allows them to use the quality logo in their documents and advertisements across various media.
3. He is entitled to place the quality logo on certificates issued in his name to his students or trainees.

1- Membership for Clients
Its Free ! Organizations and departments within large public and private institutions are eligible for one year free membership upon obtaining ISO or ICQ quality certification. Clients are formally required to apply for membership to obtain it. Organizations can renew their membership for one or two years until the expiration of their quality certificate, and for special renewal fees.
Upon renewal of the quality certification, membership is automatically renewed for another one year unless it was renewed before. The organization receives a membership certificate in addition to the quality certification.
The following benefits are granted to organizations upon obtaining membership:
1- The right to use the ICQ quality logo in its documents and advertisements across various media (T&C Apply).
2- The right to place the quality logo on certificates issued in its name to its employees, students, and trainees.
3- The right to register its training and educational programs and request certificates issued by the ICQ at a reduced fee.
4- Members can request various types of quality certificates for themselves and their clients for a special discount.
5- Obtains a membership certificate and have its membership information published on the ICQ website.
6. Special Discount on Our Training Courses: Participate in our quality-related science training courses at a special discount for members only. You can enroll in our courses yourself or nominate your employees to participate.
2- Membership for Non-Clients
Organizations, and departments committed to quality excellence are welcome to apply for ICQ Organizational Membership. This membership recognizes your dedication to global quality standards and opens the door to international recognition, support, and collaboration.
Membership fee: $275/yr
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for ICQ Organizational Membership, applicants must:
1. Be a legally registered organization, department, or governmental entity.
2. Have an active quality management system or a dedicated quality department.
3. Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement and international quality standards (e.g., ISO, ICQ).
4. Appoint a representative to coordinate with ICQ and manage membership activities.
5. Agree to ICQ’s terms of logo usage, evaluation procedures, and quality compliance.
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following:
1. Completed ICQ Membership Application Form.
2. Copy of the organization’s commercial license or registration certificate.
3. Organizational profile or brochure outlining services, structure, and quality initiatives.
4. Letter of intent signed by the head of the organization, addressed to ICQ’s Executive Director, requesting membership.
5. Quality department overview (if applicable), including staff qualifications and systems in place.
6. Any existing certifications (ISO, ICQ, or others).
7. Payment of the membership fee (as per current ICQ rates).
Membership in the "Participating Institution" category means that an entity is an institution or organization that participates in the activities of the ICQ Department and benefits from its resources, but with a certain degree of rights and obligations.
This membership is currently granted only to institutions. The ICQ Department or one of the participating members nominates an institution for membership, stating the reasons for the nomination and attaching supporting documents. After the Advisory Board approves the nomination, the ICQ Department notifies the nominee and the nominating party of the approval, and the necessary procedures are then taken to complete the membership process. Members receive a certificate and membership card sent electronically.

1. The logo may only be used while membership is valid.
2. The logo must be displayed in a small size in one corner of the certificates issued by the member, with dimensions not exceeding 2x2 cm.
3. The logo may be used in the member's printed materials and publications, as well as in their advertisements, in a manner that does not suggest the advertisement is issued by the administration or is a joint effort between the member and the administration.
4. Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of membership and all associated privileges.
Violations Leading to Membership Cancellation:
1. Misuse of the ICQ quality mark or violation of the Institution’s regulations results in immediate membership cancellation.
2. Providing false or forged documents or failing to comply with quality standards is grounds for termination of membership.
